One-of-a-kind wedding stationery, designed and hand-crafted by your dedicated designer. You’ll have unrivalled access to each part of the design journey and autonomy over each element. Together, we’ll craft stationery that you’ll treasure forever.
We work with a limited number of commissions each year to give each project our full attention, and to ensure that the experience is smooth and enjoyable for each of our clients.
The bespoke design process
Initial consultation
We start the design process by having a 45 minute video call. This can be with the couple, just one of you, or with your planner or stylist on your behalf. If you have difficulty with video calls or find this method of chatting uncomfortable, we can always make alternative arrangements.
We can chat about ideas, style, your vision for the celebrations, and determine whether Amaranthine is your perfect match. These calls are complimentary, and additional calls can be booked throughout the design process if you’d like them.
Booking your design slot
Once you’ve decided you’d like to commence our collaboration, you can let us know via email.
We will send you a digital contract to sign and details for paying your deposit. Only one of you needs to sign, but it can be both if you prefer.
Once both of these are returned, you’ll be booked in and you will be notified of the start date of your project. This will be no longer than seven days after you’re booked in.
The design stage
It’s always helpful to see your visual inspiration, so this is the time to share your moodboards with us. These will help us determine the best palette, fonts, papers and finishes to suit your vision.
Within two weeks, you will receive digital mock ups of initial ideas. With your feedback, we can amend these designs until the are perfect.
You can also get a physical proof of your invites to make sure you’re completely happy. These are billable, and are subject to some compromises in terms of finishes if they have many complex elements.
Printing and crafting
We work with a range of suppliers who are able to offer luxury, stylish finishes, inks and a huge range of high-quality paper stocks.
Keeping our designing process in-house but using local artisan printers and finishers on the production side allows us to deliver the best end product. We collaborate with other suppliers to create stationery that you’ll want to keep forever.
We are open to working with other print houses, crafters and illustrators if it’s the right direction for your personal project.
Delivering your stationery
For every suite of before-the-day stationery, we can either deliver them to you, or directly to your guests on your behalf. If you’d like us to send out your save the dates or invites, we will charge for postage costs in your invoice.
All of our packages are hand-wrapped, insured against loss and carefully delivered to wherever you need them.
Process and timelines
From booking in with us to receiving your stationery, it usually takes eight to twelve weeks. This will be dependent on your timely feedback, the finishes and details you choose and the time of the year.
Summer months tend to be busy and we break for a short time at Christmas. We will always be transparent about timelines with you so you’re able to plan accordingly.
